Gulo started with a simple idea: protein should feel creamy, desirable and easy to keep close. Not a compromise. Not a supplement moment. Just something waiting in the freezer after a full day.

Each pot is built around texture first, with 25-30g protein depending on flavor, 6-8g sugar and flavors that move between training days, late work, city heat and dinners that become longer than planned.

The ingredient list stays clean too: simple bases, natural additions, no added sugar and no unnecessary additives.

01What is the idea behind Gulo?

Gulo is real protein ice cream: creamy, frozen and made for dessert, not to feel like a supplement. The idea is to keep something craveable and useful in the freezer for training days, workdays and nights at home.

02What is in the ingredients?

Each tub starts with a simple base, natural additions and flavors built for ice cream texture. The recipe has 25-30g protein depending on flavor, 6-8g sugar per tub and no added sugar. Based on the current ingredient list published on the site, we do not use gluten-containing ingredients, but always check the flavor ingredients if you have a dietary restriction.

03How does free delivery work?

Delivery is free in selected central São Paulo neighborhoods. When you enter your address, checkout checks the zone: if it is inside the free area, you pay only for the box; if it is outside, you continue to checkout with delivery included.

04Can I buy just 1 or 2 tubs?

Online boxes start at 4 tubs. If you want to try one or two units before building a box, message us on Instagram and we will check the best available option.

05Can I share Gulo with my pets?

No. Gulo is made only for human consumption and should not be given to pets. Some common ice cream ingredients, such as milk, cocoa or sweeteners, can be harmful. If your pet eats it by accident, contact a veterinarian.
