Delivered frozen in 2-3 days.

Gulo delivery takes 2-3 days after an order is placed and paid. The order form only allows delivery dates at least 2 days from today.

Available delivery windows depend on route capacity and selected São Paulo areas.

At checkout, choose one delivery window: 09:00-12:00, 12:00-15:00, 15:00-18:00 or 18:00-21:00.

Please choose a window when someone can receive the frozen box and place it in the freezer quickly.

Enter the full delivery address, apartment or access notes, and a phone number that can receive messages on delivery day.

If the address is incomplete, outside the active delivery area or inaccessible, we may contact you to adjust or reschedule.

If nobody is available to receive the order during the selected window, the frozen product may need to be rescheduled.

Extra delivery attempts can depend on route capacity and product condition.

Check the box when it arrives. If there is a problem with temperature, damage or missing items, contact us the same day with photos.
