Terms for ordering Gulo.

Gulo sells frozen protein ice cream boxes for delivery in selected areas of São Paulo. Box sizes, prices and available flavors are shown on the site before checkout.

When you build a box, you choose the number of tubs in the selected package and the flavor mix you want. Each tub is 240 ml.

Payments are processed through Stripe checkout. Gulo does not collect or store your card number on this website.

Your order is only confirmed after payment is completed. If a payment fails or is cancelled, the box is not reserved.

Flavors and delivery windows can change based on production, stock and route capacity. If something in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you before delivery.

Protein and sugar values are product guidance and may vary slightly by flavor or batch.

You are responsible for entering a correct name, phone number, delivery address and delivery window.

If we cannot reach you or deliver because the address is incomplete or unavailable, the order may need to be rescheduled.

Gulo products may contain milk, nuts or other allergens depending on the flavor and production environment.
