When you place an order, we collect the information needed to prepare and deliver it: name, surname, phone, delivery address, delivery day, delivery time and flavor selection.

Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details on this website.

We use your information to confirm the order, prepare your box, deliver it frozen, send order updates and answer support questions.

If you choose to receive marketing messages, we may send updates about new flavors, offers, delivery windows and small batches by WhatsApp or SMS. You can opt out at any time.

Marketing messages are optional and are not required to buy from Gulo. We record whether you opted in and when the consent was received.

With your cookie consent, we may use analytics or advertising pixels to understand site visits, section engagement and campaign performance. Essential cookies or local storage may still be used to remember privacy choices and keep the site working.

We only share order details with providers needed to run the service, such as payment processing and delivery support.
